Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Partner to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS in Roskilde, Denmark or Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our Procurement Team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the procurement process and coordinating cooperation across our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT procurement and be proficient in vendor management, compliance, and contracting matters. You will work closely with contract owners, contract managers, Legal & Compliance, Security, Architecture, Operations, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure best practices are observed in all procurement processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include overall responsibility for the whole sourcing process including negotiation, compliance, contract & vendor management etc., as well as documenting and maintaining documentation of the procurement process. You will also facilitate and drive the involvement of all stakeholders in the procurement process.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to structure, facilitate and support processes and stakeholders. You will also need to be capable of coping with complexity, multiple stakeholders, and vendors. Strong business understanding and knowledge, as well as proportional analytical skills to structure and identify business needs, are essential.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position working with IT procurement.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
