We are currently seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Director, Global Real World Evidence. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive RWE strategy to support evidence generation and decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global RWE strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior leadership based on RWE findings, contributing to product development, regulatory submissions, and commercialization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RWE studies are aligned with regulatory requirements and are integrated into evidence generation plans and decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health outcomes research, or a related field
- Extensive experience in RWE generation within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with a record of accomplishment of leadership and innovation
- Deep understanding of real-world data sources, study design methodologies, statistical analysis techniques, and good research practices governing RWE generation
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary range of $214,000 to $287,000, annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus, comprehensive healthcare benefits, a 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, and paid parental leave.
