Your New Role

As a Senior Health Economics Specialist at Lundbeck, you'll build Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) deliverables (indirect treatment comparisons, early and full cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models etc.) and run statistical analyses to optimize product positioning and secure access. You will perform analyses of clinical trials and real-world evidence studies to generate evidence for products' value proposition.

Your Future Team

The Value Evidence Analytics team (VEA) is part of the Global Value Evidence and Patient Insights (GVEPI) team. The VEA team is composed of individuals who are action-driven, curious, and analytical. They strive in analyzing data to identify new insights.

The GVEPI team at Lundbeck consists of specialized professionals with expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and Patient Insights. This team is anchored within the Medical Affairs organization in Global Research & Development. They work collaboratively with various global functions, including Medical Strategy and Communication, Global Pricing and Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory Science and Strategy, Clinical Development, Global Patient Safety and key affiliates.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience in designing and executing health economics deliverables.
  • At least a Master's degree in statistics, econometrics or quantitative discipline; a PhD would be an asset plus
  • Ideally 8+ years (5+ with PhD) of hands-on experience in health economics research, including payer materials submission, gathered either from academic, consulting or industry roles.
  • High proficiency in R/SAS;
  • High energy, aptitude to work well as a member of team
  • Be a reliable partner (incl. timely delivery, quality) to ensure a seamless execution of the strategy
