We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at TP Aerospace PRO ApS. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support IT infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki devices.
- Administer and maintain Windows Servers in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Provide Tier 2 support for IT-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support the implementation of IT solutions.
- Document IT processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with IT support for Tier 1 and 2 issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certified: Azure certifications, ITIL certification.
- Skills in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Has worked with Microsoft solutions such as Intune, Defender, etc.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and other security protocols.
