Business Contract Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Contract Negotiator to join our dynamic team at European Search Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business-to-business contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background and a master's in business or international law. You should have demonstrated experience in commercial roles, with a proven ability to make business decisions informed by legal knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business-to-business contracts, including direct sales to healthcare providers and partner agreements based on international legislation.
- Lead the contract workflow and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Advise sales reps and participate in commercial and legal negotiations.
- Develop and implement contract management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain service agreements for target segments and markets.
We imagine that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
You should have proficiency in legal research and documentation, as well as experience with Danish and international legislation. Preferably, you have experience with U.S. legislation.
This role can be either a full-time position or a part-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
