The Global Business Development team at Ajax Systems is comprised of like-minded individuals driven by ambitious goals. We have sales representatives stationed in various regions, including Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, South Africa, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth in the Nordic region by achieving sales objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a senior management role covering the Nordics, preferably as a Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales / Country Manager or Sales Director in a fast-growing international company within the security industry.
- Experience leading a successful sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the Nordic market and established network of industry contacts.
- Experience managing distributor and channel sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
- Results-oriented nature and ability to demonstrate initiative and responsibility for personal results.
- Highly motivated individual capable of making things happen.
- Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical personality.
