About the Project
We are looking for a skilled researcher with experience in machine learning, generative models, and molecular modeling. Your expertise will contribute to the development of deep generative neural networks for biomedical applications. You will work closely with our theoretical and experimental collaborators in math and physics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- PhD and MSc in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a similar field
- Several years of programming experience in Python and PyTorch
- Expertise in molecular modeling and dynamics of proteins
- Good understanding of math and statistics
- Responsibility, independence, and self-motivation
