- Pricing and Reimbursement Expertise: Provide expertise in pricing and reimbursement activities, including payer negotiations and value proposition development.
- HTA and Reimbursement Landscape Evaluation: Evaluate and interpret HTA and reimbursement landscapes, identifying opportunities and potential challenges for market access.
- Effective Communication and Negotiation: Utilize data and evidence to communicate the value of products to payers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, and negotiate with payers and health authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis: Researching and analyzing market access and reimbursement landscapes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to develop and execute access and reimbursement strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with payers and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable pricing and access terms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant field (Health Economics, Public Health, Economics, etc.) and proven experience in global market access and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Key Skills and Qualities: Strong understanding of pricing and market access dynamics, including experience with orphan disease launches; demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with payers and health authorities; proficiency in health economics, HTA, and value dossier development; excellent communication and presentation skills.
