The role of a Massage Therapist at AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is multifaceted, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing relaxing and rejuvenating treatments to clients, adhering to established protocols and techniques for each therapy.
  • Effective communication with clients, ensuring they understand treatment details and product information, following provided guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked supply of necessary products for client experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock levels.
  • Collaborating with partner therapists to ensure seamless couples' treatments and consistent delivery of high-quality services.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to company protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments, guaranteeing a pristine atmosphere for clients.
  • Evaluate environmental conditions to ensure compliance with protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.

We are seeking an experienced professional who shares our commitment to excellence and can contribute to our dynamic team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
  • A valid Massage Therapist course or certification.
  • Fluent English language skills; knowledge of Danish is an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine focus on connecting with people.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends when required.
