About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in the Nordic region. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive business growth in Sweden and beyond.

This is a highly impactful role that requires a strong commercial background, excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to execute plans with email campaigns, social media, telemarketing, white papers, and other tactics.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Sweden and beyond
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a tech company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems
Working with Us

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
