Job Summary

Harris Geospatial Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Northern Europe Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our International Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual targets and drive profitable growth in the region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including consultants, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, meet customer needs, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage account opportunities in the CRM database, providing regular updates to senior sales staff on account issues and financial status.
  • Champion the public image and profile of Harris Geospatial Solutions in the region, promoting our brand values and expertise.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant sales experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • High level of business acumen, global market knowledge, and ability to develop innovative insights from analysis.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail.
  • Military Communications/Signals Experience and profit-driven mentality preferred.
  • Ability to work throughout the EU and surrounding region, with willingness to travel 40% of the time to international customers and partner sites.
