A global leader in specialized ingredients, Arla Foods Ingredients, is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead its Supplier Quality Management and Compliance team. As Quality Assurance Director for Global Food Safety, you will set policies and procedures for the company relating to Food Safety and Quality, acting as proactive advisors for the entire organization on compliance-related topics.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation within Quality Assurance in the food, pharma, biotech or nutraceutical industry, preferably both from a corporate and operational angle. You will drive your team via a coaching approach, seeking insights from the industry and putting them to use in AFI to support the continued growth and development of the company.
You will be responsible for securing continuous improvement of AFI's Global standards and ensuring close compliance collaboration with all AFI production sites. While being an active part of the Global QEHS Management Team, you will enable and develop your experienced team via your leadership and personality.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around €80,000-€120,000 per year, depending on experience.
