Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with management and the Talent team to drive business objectives from an HR perspective.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring HR databases are optimized for performance.
  3. Develop and process HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork.
  4. Provide support on HR-related inquiries, empowering employees with essential information.
  5. Manage employee benefits programs, guaranteeing compliance with relevant regulations.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, aligning with organizational goals.
  7. Support payroll processing by verifying employee information and ensuring timely submissions.
  8. Organize and maintain HR files and records, facilitating easy access to critical data.
  9. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition.

As our HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our HR strategy forward. Your deep experience in HR administration will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English.
