Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to join our team in Denmark. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level executives and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including seminars and conferences
  • Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders, including phone calls, emails, and meetings
  • Support the development and implementation of projects and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
