This role is focused on driving operational efficiency and process excellence within the organization. As a LEAN Program Manager, you will lead the implementation of 'The Dustin Way,' building a team dedicated to embedding LEAN methodologies across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of 'The Dustin Way' strategy to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Drive high-impact LEAN projects that streamline processes and improve collaboration among employees.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement and idea-sharing initiatives.

This position requires a strong understanding of LEAN principles, methodologies, and tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Six Sigma. You will also need technical skills in project management, process analysis, and effective communication.
