You will be responsible for ensuring that all training materials meet our strict standards and are uploaded correctly into our systems.
As a Global Training Partner, you will also be tasked with collaborating with stakeholders globally to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive compliance and best practices. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as a strong understanding of training value chains and their impact on our organization's systems. You will also need to be fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written, and be service-oriented with a dedication to ensuring employee training compliance within our training systems.
About the DepartmentYou will join the Product Supply, Quality and IT department as part of Global People & Organisation, where you will be part of Fill & Finish Global Training Support. This team is comprised of 10 Global Training Partners and 1 technical writer who work together to ensure training effectiveness and compliance while enabling employees to deliver strong daily performance.
