Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Audience Relationship Management team, enabling us to create data-led and audience-first experiences for LEGO enthusiasts globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Audience Relationship Management, maximizing the use of our customer data platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and govern audience data and usage, supporting our personalization strategy.
  • Lead the planning and development of customer data platform (CDP) priorities, ensuring the product roadmap meets business needs.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and presenting progress.
  • Establish and maintain a network of partners, including product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Own, lead, and report on product objectives and key results.
About the Role

This role will sit in the Marketing Product function, responsible for a wide variety of digital products across marketing planning, activation, and evaluation.

You will work closely with the marketing organization to enable LEGO to engage with new and existing users, and power their love for the LEGO brand.

This is a maternity cover position for a duration of 12 months.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating problems and proposed solutions.
  • Excellent networker with ability to manage partner and stakeholder relationships.
  • Hardworking self-starter, able to handle activities autonomously.
  • Technically strong with understanding of data and software engineering principles.
  • Confident in setting business objectives and budgets.
  • Validated experience leading cross-functional teams and handling senior collaborators.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Shown experience leading engineering teams to design, deliver, and optimize new products or features.
  • Experience solving customer problems, shipping value to end users early and often.
  • Expertise in defining and improving ways of working between teams.
  • Defining objectives and key results using the OKR framework.
