Maersk is a leading container logistics company that moves 20% of global trade annually. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Innovation and Commercialization team, driving the development of innovative transportation services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Expert: Develop deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, building strong relationships with key customer teams to guide them on how our services can benefit their businesses.
  • Pilot and Expansion Lead: Oversee the execution of pilots, ensuring customers gain trust in our concepts and gathering evidence to further develop the product. Lead the expansion of concepts into services embedded in customers' supply chains.
  • Commercialization & Adoption: Define value proposition and go-to-market strategy, launch new products in pilot and full-scale versions, and drive adoption with customers.
  • Collaboration Catalyst: Unite regional and cross-functional teams to align on common customer goals, ensuring guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration between teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing management.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Masters Product Discovery and Go-to-Market Strategy: Has solid experience in deeply understanding customer problems and landing on the best way to solve them. Has a strong grasp of the product decision-making process, knowing what to build, how to obtain critical customer insights, and bring products to market ensuring commercial success.
  • Champions Communication: Fosters unity and clarity across diverse teams, adjusting communication style and collaboration approach elegantly to their audience.
  • Solves Problems Proactively and Creatively: Tackles challenges head-on with agility and ingenuity, operating independently and finding ways to progress towards our vision.
  • Thinks Business: Focuses on value creation for our customers and our company, working closely with Finance to quantify customer benefits and revenue potential.
  • Thrives in the Fast Lane: Excels in fast-paced environments, dealing well with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities effortlessly.
