Are you a seasoned business developer with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining revenue-driving partnerships? Do you have a deep understanding of the laboratory industry and a strong network of contacts? We're looking for a skilled Partnership Manager to join our team at HOYER Rekruttering.

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for leading our partnership strategies and tactics, working closely with our Commercial Director and CEO to drive business growth. You will establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, producers, and vendors of laboratory software and hardware equipment, identifying opportunities for collaboration and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful partnership execution
  • Grow and develop existing partnerships to reach full potential

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial and revenue-driving partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the laboratory industry and network of contacts
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English language skills (written and spoken)
