About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled VP of Global Sales to join our team at Sensu A/S. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales organization and driving business growth on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen our competitive position.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
  3. Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, setting goals, and providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  4. Forecast and Analyze Sales Performance: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, analyzing market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  5. Identify and Execute on New Market Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to capture these opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with Executive Management: Work closely with our executive management team to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in a similar sales leadership role, with experience in driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex business challenges.
