About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team in the Environment and Health division. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Country Market Director for E&H Denmark, Europe director for E&H, and Global HR Director for E&H with day-to-day tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of agendas and minutes for senior leadership meetings.

You will also be responsible for creating presentations for senior leadership meetings, acting as a point of contact for leadership, and writing communications on their behalf. Additionally, you will help coordinate training and courses, onboard new team members, and introduce them to Ramboll's systems and processes.

We are looking for a flexible and structured individual with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs. Fluency in English and Danish is essential for this role.
