Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our Office Manager, ensuring seamless office operations and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining office inventory.
- Facilities Management: Assist with upkeep and maintenance of common areas, such as meeting rooms and kitchen.
- Travel Coordination: Ensure that corporate travel is booked following company guidelines.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing team events, including company dinners and office receptions.
- Other Duties: Perform other ad-hoc administration functions as required by management and support employees.
