We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Revenue Development Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the hospitality sector.

You will leverage your expertise in consultative sales to identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals that meet the needs of both parties. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the hospitality sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, cold-calling, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.

  • Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and tactics.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in the hospitality sector.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of consultative selling principles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Danish language proficiency is a plus, but English fluency is required.

  • Flexibility to travel within Denmark and abroad for customer meetings.
