We are currently seeking an experienced Global ERP Roll-Out Project Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in implementing large-scale manufacturing projects, leveraging your expertise in project management and ERP systems.
Job Description
- Project Scope Management: Ensure a clear scope is defined, monitored, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Planning and Execution: Plan and drive strategic projects with medium to high complexity, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Resource Management: Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Coordination and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with various teams, including agile development teams, testing, deployment, support, and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Project Follow-up and Performance Measurement: Measure project performance to assess success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations, with a broad understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- ERP System Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft AX 2012/D365, with knowledge of standardization of transactional processes.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, with experience in managing hybrid projects and navigating complex scenarios.
- Communication and Change Management Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2): Certified in existing PM trainings, with portfolio, program, or Lean Six Sigma training as an advantage.
