About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our Energy Transition team as a Head of Department. This is a unique opportunity to drive the delivery of innovative energy transition projects and lead a high-performing team of project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide executive leadership and oversight to a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale energy transition projects.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, growing our business and strengthening our reputation as a trusted advisor.
  3. Provide technical and commercial guidance to project teams, addressing risk and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and budget.
  4. Implement and manage robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure real-time visibility of progress and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Drive an inclusive and collaborative culture within the team, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with significant experience in project management, ideally within the energy sector or renewable energy projects. You will have demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and strong knowledge of the energy transition market.

You will be an excellent communicator and influencer, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability are essential for this role.
