As the Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies to support the company's business objectives and drive growth. You will ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency across our internal applications landscape as well as data quality and security. Additionally, you will develop a robust analytics framework and ensure to have one 'single source of truth' for our company data analysis.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as consolidated financials and operations reports for all our company regions and product lines. You will also have the entrepreneurial spirit to turn insights into strategic opportunities and a passion for leveraging data to unlock business value for our company.
This position requires a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, with +5 years of work experience in a data-driven working environment. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial, sales, and digital marketing data and metrics, as well as knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.
