We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled communication leader to join our P&O Executive Office & Communication department as the Head of People and Organisation Communication. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global communication strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team of communication professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and coordinate P&O social media plans and content
  • Collaborate with Global Communication to develop company-wide communication strategies
  • Support handling of P&O specific media requests
  • Play an active role in the EVP Communication Partner community and ensure collaboration with functional communication teams across the business
  • Maintain and enhance strong working relationships with communication teams and stakeholders across the company
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior communication role with relevant content development, tools, and platforms
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team
  • Comprehensive understanding of global communication strategies and expertise in managing internal and external communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is considered a plus
