The Role:
This Manufacturing Technician position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes. You will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment, executing processes, sampling, and documenting your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating equipment (e.g., SUM systems, columns, filters, Äkta Ready systems)
- Executing processes such as HETP, chromatography, and filtration (Nano & UF/DF filtration)
- Sampling and documentation
- Preparing production rooms and systems before and after production
- Participating in the qualification, maintenance, control, and calibration of equipment
- Ensuring high-quality batch documentation in collaboration with QA/QC
- Supporting the delivery of products to the next stage of production
