About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Global Engineering Specialist in Machine Design and Project Execution. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in engineering our core machines and contribute to the continuous development of our products and work processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and ensure the quality of engineering documentation, including conceptual, basic, and 3D detailed engineering.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project managers and other disciplines.
  • Engage in problem-solving, improvement work, and investigations.
  • Participate in customer meetings, both digital and on-site.
  • Potentially serve as Lead Engineer in delivery projects within the Machines discipline.
  • Travel for project meetings, inspections, and customer visits as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with 6-10 years of experience in machine design or equivalent knowledge.
  • Highly skilled in SolidWorks and EPDM.
  • Experience in machinery delivery projects.
  • Fluent in Danish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong initiative, structured problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with confidence to take the lead when necessary.
  • Experience in the pulp and paper industry.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:
