Job Overview

AJ Vaccines is seeking a skilled Global Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support the development and maintenance of an efficient pharmacovigilance system.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily adverse reaction report processing, including receiving, registering, reviewing, archiving, and reporting cases. The successful candidate will also conduct weekly routine screenings of global scientific literature and ensure compliance with regulations, company procedures, and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily adverse reaction reports from start to finish, ensuring adherence to international regulations and AJ Vaccines' guidelines
  • Conduct weekly screenings of global scientific literature to stay up-to-date on the latest research and findings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures, meeting deadlines as necessary
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong educational background in healthcare or pharmaceutical sciences and experience within the Pharmacovigilance & Safety area. You must be fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with medical databases is a plus.
