Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Global Product Manager to join our dynamic global product management team in Agilent's Pathology Division.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our product portfolio, with a primary focus on reagents. As we grow and expand our business, this role will evolve to include support for instruments and software.

Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Global Product Managers in managing the product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the pathology market, competitor landscape, and customer needs across segments.
  • Drive Product Life Cycle Management activities and daily operational support across our portfolio.
  • Become a super-user in our Product Management systems.
  • Provide daily third-line support to the field for product-related queries.
  • Contribute to market and competitor analysis of reagents across markets.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in diagnostics or MedTech industry in a commercial and/or technical role.
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in life science.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization and within a global matrix.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive results.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Clinical diagnostics is a plus.
  • Background in Product Management is a plus.
