">We are seeking a highly skilled Content Coordinator & Specialist to join our team in Billund, Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital asset management processes.
">Your responsibilities will include:
">- Liaising with internal product teams to streamline the creation, storage, and distribution of digital assets.
- Mapping and optimizing internal pipelines for managing digital assets efficiently.
- Ensuring secure and optimal storage and distribution of digital assets to external partners.
- Collaborating with internal IT and security teams to ensure compliance with standard methodologies.
- Researching, evaluating, and assisting in the acquisition of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Establishing guidelines and standard methodologies for digital asset organization, access, and security.
- Supporting teams in adopting new asset management workflows and technologies.
Key Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A background in computer graphics, content coordination, digital asset management, or a related field.
- Experience with digital asset management systems (DAM) such as Unity Asset Manager.
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to process improvement.
- An understanding of standard methodologies for digital content security, storage, and distribution.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills.
