About the Role
As a valued member of the Technology & Innovation division in DFDS, you will play a crucial role in managing and deploying modern retail solutions across our European network of passenger vessels.
Your responsibilities will include supporting both existing and new retail networks, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver best-in-class passenger experiences at sea.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail processes and workflows, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the Retail Technology team to configure features such as stock handling, price management, and Electronic Shelf Labels.
You will also be responsible for deployments and rollouts of LS Retail in new vessels, retail outlets, and restaurants, as well as system upgrades and integration with other systems.
