Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Center for Climate Change Law and Governance (CLIMA) at the University of Copenhagen. The successful candidate will conduct research on the opportunities and challenges in existing legal frameworks and policies related to green hydrogen in the EU and national jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of legal frameworks for green hydrogen transport innovation ecosystems in the North Sea Region.

About the Team:
Our team is dedicated to advancing knowledge on climate change law, governance, and policy. We are committed to interdisciplinary research and collaborate with researchers from various disciplines to tackle complex issues. As a postdoctoral researcher at CLIMA, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct research on the opportunities and challenges in existing legal frameworks and policies related to green hydrogen in the EU and national jurisdictions.* Develop a research project that contributes to the overall objective of the H2Ignite project.* Publish high-quality peer-reviewed research papers on the topic.* Participate in conferences and workshops to present research findings and engage with stakeholders.* Collaborate with the research team to advance knowledge on climate change law, governance, and policy.

Requirements:
* PhD, JSD, or equivalent degree in law or in another social science discipline.* Strong knowledge of EU Law and energy/climate change policy.* Excellent research skills and experience in conducting research projects.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.* Strong communication and presentation skills.* Fluent English language skills.
