Clinical Lead for Medical Documentation Transformation

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Lundbeck, A/S. As a key member of our Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Documentation and R&D Quality (GRAMDQ) department, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of medical documentation and enhancing R&D productivity.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Medical Documentation department, focusing on digital transformation and change management initiatives.
- Implement innovative digital platforms and upskill team members to optimize regulatory submission processes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency in time, resource allocation, and quality.
- Provide state-of-the-art medical writing expertise to support Global Clinical Development and regulatory strategies.
- Ensure effective resource and budget planning to achieve strategic goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
What We Offer:
Lundbeck offers a competitive salary of around 120,000 - 150,000 DKK per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
