Senior Director Patient Focused Drug Development Transformation Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director to lead our Patient Focused Drug Development team at Novo Nordisk Clinical Development & Project Leadership. As a key member of Medical Science Innovation, you will be responsible for driving a compelling vision and enabling breakthrough strategies to enhance organizational readiness for Patient Focused Drug Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and coaching high-performing teams to maintain industry-leading domain expertise through competency development, guidance, and collaboration.
- Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively plan, generate, and report patient experience data in clinical trials.
- Fostering partnerships with external stakeholders to amplify patients' voices in clinical drug development and healthcare decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with other leaders in M&S CoE to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to organizational improvement projects.
Qualifications
- MSc or above degree related to Life Science, complemented by 5+ years of experience in clinical drug development or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of business understanding, people management experience, and excellent influence skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with ability to work across boundaries.
