About Maersk Air Cargo

Maersk Air Cargo operates a fleet of 19 B767-200/300 cargo airplanes, offering reliable and efficient transportation services to our clients. We are committed to providing exceptional service, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting our customers' needs.

Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Finance and Flight Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense Management: Assist with processing of expenses, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different records.
  • Fuel Data Collection: Collect and record fuel usage data, compile and analyze fuel consumption.
  • Additional Tasks: Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management, and provide general support to the Finance and Operations teams as needed.

What we are looking for

  • Education: Currently enrolled as a student at University or Business School.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, excellent organizational and time management abilities, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Working Conditions

  • Part-time position with flexible hours to accommodate academic schedules.
  • Primarily office-based.
