Project Leader for International Telecommunication Projects

This opportunity allows you to develop your skills within project management of telecommunication system projects. It is essential that you are passionate about your job and can motivate your team. You will ensure that customers are well-informed and that any unforeseen issues are handled in cooperation with them. Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day project planning and alignment of expectations in cooperation with the project team.
- Completing quality projects according to budget and timeline.
- Status reporting with a focus on project economy, quality, progress, and milestones.
- Team and sub-supplier management according to corporate values.
- Technical engineer support and review of technical and qualitative methods.
Your Profile and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you have a technical background in telecommunication, electrical instrumentation, automation, Electronic Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar disciplines. Additionally, you can demonstrate experience in managing international technical projects from a project-based industry, preferably the offshore industry and within telecommunication systems.
- Participation in equipment manufacturing and/or automation solutions projects.
- Knowledge of various project management tools and models, ensuring appropriate solutions for your project and team.
- Ability to see the big picture, addressing finance, HSEQ, and customer requests with determination and experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
