This pivotal role oversees the value stream for producing the ABL90 instrument, a flagship diagnostic device for blood gas analysis. As a leader in our Manufacturing and Operations team, you'll be responsible for heading the ABL90 Instruments Team as Value Stream Manager, working closely with engineers, technicians, and indirect operators.
\Key Responsibilities:\

- Lead a high-performing team to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.\
- Drive quality and efficiency through LEAN principles, focusing on improving flow and lead time to meet growing demand.\
- Daily management of production activities, collaborating with material planning, technical support, and team leaders for operators.\
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, supply chain, procurement, R&D, and quality functions.\
- Ensure successful new product introductions, aligning with quality, delivery, and cost objectives.\
