About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our team in Project Support. As a key member of our Special Projects Department, you will be responsible for managing offshore logistics assets and overseeing operational, financial, and contractual aspects of vessel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offshore Logistics Management: Manage different offshore logistic assets, including CTV, SOV, Jack Up, aviation, and ports, within Special Projects from signature to contract completion.
  • Vessel Management: Oversee operational, financial, and contractual aspects of vessel management to ensure optimal performance and compliance with Vestas policy and standards.
  • Asset Management: Monitor contractual performance, vessel usage, risk management, cost optimization, and reporting for all assigned vessels.
  • Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policy: Oversee the implementation of company's quality, safety, and environmental policy on board the vessels.
  • Marine Strategy: Own and maintain updated the marine strategy for Special Projects based on prospects.
  • Project Support: Support project teams with monitoring DPRs, claims, invoicing, and payments.
  • Future Works/Campaigns: Support Special Projects on scoping and planning of future works/campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, marine department, project teams, asset owners, etc.
  • KPI Setup and Monitoring: In close collaboration with the marine department, setup KPIs and monitor vessel performance, safety performance, supplier quality, HSE performance, and any emerging topics raised by customer or stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least three to five years of experience from a comparable role, with experience in the offshore wind or maritime industry.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Skillset: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, great understanding of offshore vessel operations and maintenance, good communication and interpersonal skills, experience with budgeting, contract, and risk management.
