Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations on a shift basis, overseeing team and service provider performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, regulatory, and company requirements and standards.
  • Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption recovery.
  • Deliver and maintain the station emergency response plan, disruption planning, and business continuity plans.
  • Coordinate and mitigate delays, ensuring on-time performance.
  • Promote and deliver customer service-related standards, including performance against KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to local authority requirements and local regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or relevant industry experience with knowledge of frontline service delivery and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry, with knowledge of aviation, travel industry, and/or airport policies.
  • Mature personality with outstanding communication skills, supervisory skills, and passion to deliver service.
