Position Overview

  • We are seeking a Digital Project Manager who can help improve and innovate our digital self-service experience for current and future customers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across teams and departments.
  • This role requires strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for digital innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate and align with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and communications with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, delivering high-quality results that meet our objectives and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital project management.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in Project Management, Digital Design, e-commerce, Digital Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or tech-focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, web development, and design processes.
  • Experience with project management/task management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Figma).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Project Management certification or equivalent is a plus.
