Technical Transfer Project Manager, Manufacturing Science & Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Transfer Project Manager to join our Product Supply organization at Orifarm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting technological projects, transfers, and changes in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support technological projects, transfers, and changes, including process scaling, manufacturing support, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Orifarm manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure that changes to existing processes or the introduction of new processes are carried out according to approved change control procedures and in compliance with cGMP requirements.
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify and implement strategic initiatives and new technologies that improve productivity and quality.
  • Communicate project or transfer status, decisions, prioritizations, and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in generics and OTC, with experience in both Pharmaceutical Development and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
  • Strong program management and project management skills, including method transfers and risk assessment.
  • Experience with CMOs and CDMOs, process scaling, manufacturing support, and troubleshooting.
