Cost Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled cost management expert to join our team at KOSMOS in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial leadership. They will be responsible for managing the commercial process during the design stages, working closely with clients and partners to develop our Danish and Nordic business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital tools and processes, including BIM and 5D. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cost development during the design process
  • Liaising with the design team to manage design development to budget
  • Working with digital tools for quantitative outtake and cost estimating
  • Supporting clients and other stakeholders in their decision making
  • Managing the change process so that all change is commercialised
