Retail Merchandising Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving store goals through effective merchandise management. This includes supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve store goals
- Support merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movements
- Participate in visual merchandising and housekeeping initiatives

Requirements
- 1+ months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Effective customer service and sales skills
