Vi søger en dynamisk og dedikeret Process and Implementation Coordinator, der spiller en central rolle i at udvikle og implementere effektive processer i vores butikker. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med resten af organisationen og sikre, at alle driftsopgaver bliver optimeret og implementeret korrekt i vores butikker. Din rolle indebærer også opfølgning for at sikre, at de nye processer bliver indfriet, vedligeholdt, og har den ønskede effekt.

Du vil ligeledes have ansvaret når vi åbner, flytter eller opgraderer en butik. Du er personen der har ansvaret for at koordinere og samarbejde på tværs af alle afdelinger i Profil Optik og have dialog med vores Hovedkontor i Sverige. Du er ansvarlig for at alle interessenter i byggeprocessen følger med og at butikken står klar til den aftalte deadline.

Du kan forvente rejseaktivitet i Danmark særligt i perioder når vi åbner, flytter eller opgraderer en butik. Du skal ligeledes løbende være til stede i vores butikker for at vurdere hvad vi kan ændre, mærke stemningen, opleve kulturen og møde dine kollegaer, der ofte har gode forslag. Dine besøg vil være i alle vores butikker i Danmark. Du skal have kørekort og have mulighed for at stille egen bil til rådighed.

Vi forestiller os, du besidder følgende kompetence og erfaring:

  • Du besidder gode IT-færdigheder både ifht. generel systemforståelse og office-pakken samt interesse herfor
  • Du har gode kommunikationsegenskaber i skrift og tale
    - Dansk: Højt niveau i skrift og tale
    - Svensk: Gode kundskaber i skrift og tale
    - Engelsk: Gode kundskaber i skrift og tale
  • Du har gerne erfaring med proces- og projektledelse med ansvaret for at styre og optimere processer samt lede projekter fra start til slut
