We are seeking an experienced Colour Specialist to join our team as a Senior Hairdressing Trainer in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training programs that empower hairdressers to excel in their craft.

About the Role
  • Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your primary focus will be on conducting in-salon classes, ensuring all demo products and tools are in pristine condition, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will work closely with the wider Nordic Education team and sales team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality training sessions to salon teams, promoting the Kao brand and its products
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients
  3. Maintain strong relationships with salons, providing expert advice and support
  4. Contribute to the growth and development of the education department
Requirements
  • Professional certification(s) in hairdressing
  • At least 3 years' experience in all aspects of hairdressing, including training and development
  • Knowledge of colorants, treatments, and haircare products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
