3-Year PhD Position in Antimony Chalcogenide Thin Films

**About the Project:** The goal of this PhD research project is to develop novel photonic crystallization techniques for antimony chalcogenide thin films. This will involve processing and characterizing Sb₂X₃ films using solution-based and thermal methods, as well as investigating and optimizing flash lamp annealing (FLA) parameters for directional crystallization.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with our research group, which includes experienced researchers and PhD students. Our team is committed to advancing the field of thin-film solar cells, and we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for innovative research.
The project has three key components:
- Processing and crystallization of Sb₂X₃ thin films using solution-based and thermal methods.
