About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Pharmaceutical Production Expansion project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to design, plan, and build our fill & finish facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global aseptic production teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Facilitate international working groups and meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a list of open items and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Analyze data on KPIs and other sources to inform project decisions.
  • Provide input on project solutions based on your experience and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in aseptic manufacturing within Pharma, preferably on shopfloor.
  • Experience with lean principles and tools, as well as collaborative software (Miro, Visio), is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data processing and storage in data lakes is also beneficial.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
