About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT/OT specialist to lead our team in setting the future standards for computerised equipment in Novo Nordisk's Quality Control laboratories (QC). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining and ensuring IT/OT standards on QC computerised equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, and striving for long-term sustainability of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and ensure IT/OT standards on QC computerised equipment in collaboration with the FFEx QC module standard team.
  • Ensure that QC computerised equipment always follows GMP requirements.
  • Strive for long-term sustainability of the equipment.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders from different processes.
  • Set the direction for future IT/OT computerised equipment in the QC laboratories.
  • Lead the standardization team through technical and professional management.

Requirements

  • MSc or BSc in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT, or a relevant academic background.
  • 4-5 years of experience in QC and IT/OT, preferably as a manager, product owner, or project manager in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Knowledge of GMP and technical flair, with a curiosity for new technologies.
  • Knowledge of QC computerised equipment.
  • Keen interest in gaining more knowledge in IT/OT and a systematic and scientific approach to work.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a willingness to learn Danish.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, while maintaining high-quality work and documentation.
